Standard projects require a 50% advance before work begins. The remaining 50% is due on final delivery. For smaller or fixed-scope projects, 100% advance may be required.
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has begun. The advance confirms the project scope and reserves time for the project.
A refund may be considered in the following limited circumstances:
Refunds are not provided for completed work, delivered milestones, or work that has been reviewed and accepted.
Once a deliverable has been reviewed and accepted by the client, payment for that deliverable is final. Revision requests after acceptance are handled separately and may be quoted additionally.
Subscription plan fees cover the agreed period of support. Cancellations mid-period are handled on a case-by-case basis. Unused portions of a paid period are not refunded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Either party may cancel a project with reasonable notice. If the client cancels after work has begun, the advance is retained to cover work completed to that point. If Dusty cancels, a pro-rated refund may be provided for work not yet begun.
Voluntary tips sent via the Support My Journey page are not payments for services. They are not refundable unless required by applicable law. Tips do not entitle the sender to any service, priority, or deliverable.
