Dusty provides technology services including web development, mobile app development, SaaS development, automation, QA testing, maintenance, and related digital product work. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in a written proposal or agreement.
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Work begins only after a written or confirmed agreement and receipt of the advance payment.
Standard projects require a 50% advance before work begins. The remaining 50% is due on final delivery. Smaller or fixed-scope projects may require 100% advance. Accepted methods: UPI, cash, and direct bank transfer. No card or gateway payments.
All applicable GST will be added to invoices as required by Indian tax law. Trade name: Dusty. GSTIN: [ADD GST NUMBER HERE].
Project timelines are estimates agreed upon at the start of each engagement. Timelines may be affected by client delays in providing materials, approvals, or feedback. Dusty will communicate any delays promptly.
The client is responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, necessary access to systems, and payment on the agreed schedule. Delays caused by the client may extend the project timeline.
Two revision rounds are included in standard project engagements. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are quoted and invoiced separately.
Some projects may involve third-party services, libraries, or platforms. Dusty is not responsible for issues arising from third-party service outages, policy changes, or license restrictions.
Monthly maintenance and subscription plans cover support within the agreed scope for the agreed period. Scope and communication method are defined at the start of the plan period.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the deliverables created for their project. Dusty retains the right to use the project as a portfolio example unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project start, Dusty may reference completed projects in its portfolio, website, or case studies. Confidential information is not shared.
Dusty's liability in relation to any project is limited to the total amount paid for that project. Dusty is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or business interruption.
Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.
